Plumed Horse, April 2010


Best service, beautiful decorated dinning room, and knowledgeable staff remind me Ritz Carlton Dinning room.  We love the wine collection, wine cellar, wine service, and the one of the two beta site for iPhone wine list (the other is French Laundry).


Had so much fun and only took pix of three out of the nine bottles; Notes, sorry Nick.

2007 Chassagne Caillerets PY Colin-Morey fantastic wine, bright rich and great balance

1999 Ruchottes Chambertin Rousseau form the wine list, excellent, quite rich, aromatically great
